Projection welding machine for support & lower fixation of shocks absorbers (front shocks), single device, with manual command (load and unload)

Machine capacity for 12 projection of 6 mm diameter simultaneously

OPERATION OF THE EQUIPMENT:

Basically this machine works through manual load and unloads, where the operator feeds this machine with one Part for cycle and start up the equipment using a bimanual  button. This machine has upper head (movable) and lower head (frame of machine), when the operator starts the mechanism, the upper head go down and  begin the welding process. The device of this machine is alignment (columned), because the set up must to be fast.

The Electronic Panel (dashboard) monitors the current flow and controls all of the parameters responsible by the performance welding process.

When the Panel reproves a Scrap part (bad welding formation), the Electronic System opens a Red Box (for Scrap parts) and the Sensor just release the Machine to

do a new cycle only if the operator discards the Scraped Part through this Red Box.

SAFETY:

- This equipment must be in accordance with the National Security Standards and the Local Legislation;

- The machine must be in accordance with the requirements of "The Safety Requirements of Machine" in Annex 1;

- Use protected coated cables and protected connectors to prevent against humid and short-circuit;

- The machine must have a Class-4 Light Curtain, Internal Light and a Safety Enclosure System;

- The electrical panel and the machine body have to be separated;

- Overload protection should be provided to prevent the machine from damage and for safety of the operator in case of malfunctioning of the machine (if applicable);

- Articulated Bi-manual Button and a Emergency Stop Button.
